PureCheckout provides a membership verification and validation platform for webmasters and content creators. Our service operates as follows:

• Third-Party Signup Process: All user signups and membership registrations are conducted entirely through third-party websites and payment providers. PureCheckout does not handle, process, or store user signup information directly.
• Verification Service: PureCheckout validates completed signups on behalf of webmasters who have implemented our membership gate system. We verify that a signup has been successfully completed through the third-party provider.
• Content Protection: Webmasters use our platform to protect content behind membership gates and verify that users have completed valid signups through third-party providers.
• Validation Only: PureCheckout acts solely as a validation intermediary between third-party signup providers and webmasters. We do not create accounts, process payments, or store user credentials.

3. User Obligations

As a user of PureCheckout, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures
• Not engage in fraudulent activities
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Verification Process

PureCheckout's verification process validates signups that have been completed through third-party websites and payment providers. Our role is limited to:

• Receiving confirmation from third-party providers that a signup has been completed
• Validating the signup status for the webmaster who has implemented our membership gate
• Providing verification confirmation to enable access to protected content
• Tracking conversion data for analytics purposes

Important: All payment processing, user account creation, and signup data collection is handled entirely by third-party providers. PureCheckout does not process payments, create user accounts, or collect signup information directly from users.

5. Payment and Fees

PureCheckout does not process payments or handle user transactions. All payments and signups are processed entirely by third-party websites and payment providers. Users must agree to the terms and conditions of the third-party provider they choose to complete their signup through.

PureCheckout may charge fees to webmasters for our verification services. All fees are clearly disclosed in our pricing documentation. Webmasters are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers for their services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PureCheckout are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureCheckout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to PureCheckout at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms
